The Israeli billionaire, Idán Ofer, has acquired 15% of Club Atlético de Madrid for an amount of 15 Million Euros.
Ofer is a native of the city of Haifa (Israel) and resident in the United Kingdom. He is a very discreet person with the press, and among other businesses, he owns Quantum Pacific, one of the largest Fleets in the World.
