We have a place called La Perdiz (http://restaurantedehesademajazul.com/) where you can find a very special Kosher Manchego Cheese and kosher wine. The Cheese is produced by themselves in their own farm with the Hasgacha of Madrid Chief Rabbi, Rab Moshe Bendahan.
